How does it work, and when will I have it?
It's simple, and done for you. Choose Keepsake or Legacy and you'll go straight to a gentle form to tell me about them, filled in your own time, from any device, no payment needed yet. A small, fully refundable deposit secures your spot whenever you're ready. I'll design and build their memorial, usually within 2 to 3 days of getting their details, then send you a private link to look over. Once you're happy and settled up, it's yours to keep and share.
Do I build the page myself?
No, not at all, that's the whole point. This isn't a template or a builder to learn. You tell me about them, in your own words or just a few notes, it doesn't need to be polished or finished, and I write and design the whole page for you myself, personally, as a web designer.
What's the difference between Keepsake and Legacy?
Keepsake is a beautiful, full memorial website, yours for life on a free web address, with no ongoing cost ever. Legacy adds their own web address, a larger gallery, room for many more videos, and a living memory wall for family and friends to keep adding to. Both include a free keepsake keyring.

Can I change tier later, or move from Legacy to Keepsake?
Yes. If your wishes change, just get in touch and I'll help you move up or down to whatever feels right for you.
What if I only have a few photos?
Whatever you have is enough. A handful of everyday snaps often tells their story better than a hundred perfect ones. Send what you can, and if more turn up later, I'll happily add them.
I'm not good with words. Does that matter?
Not at all, you don't have to be a writer. Share whatever comes to mind, even rough notes or a few little memories, nothing needs to be polished or finished, and I'll write it into something lovely for you.
Can I add more, or change things, later?
Yes, always. Corrections are free for good, and for the first couple of months you can send more photos and videos any time. After that, just get in touch and I'll sort it with you.
Do I get a free keyring?
Every memorial includes one free, Keepsake and Legacy alike: a double-sided keepsake keyring with their photo on one side and their own QR code on the other, so they're always in your pocket.
Can I order more keyrings, or add one after I've paid?
Yes, whenever you like, even long after their memorial is finished. Order as many as you'd like, one for everyone who loved them. There's a link to order more any time, sent with your memorial.
Who can see it? Is it private?
That's your choice. You can keep it off Google and shared only by your link, make it public, or protect it with a password. You can change your mind whenever you like.
What animals can I make one for?
Any of them. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, reptiles, every companion who was family is welcome here.
Will it really stay online?
Yes. Keepsake is hosted free for life and never taken down. Legacy keeps its own web address, looked after with the small yearly care fee. Their page is there for good.
Can I give one as a gift?
Yes, and many are. If a friend or family member has lost their companion, a memorial is a gentle, lasting way to say you remember them too.
